Ritchie Rednour is the President and CEO of Rednour Properties. At only 29 years of age, he's one of the most successful young entrepreneurs in central KY. He began his real estate career in 1997 when he purchased a single trailer that he began leasing to a family. Since this meager investment, Ritchie has steadily grown his business to a more than $15 million company that controls more than 2,500 housing units and employs more than 50 employees.
Cherish Rednour is a school teacher. Her passion lies in helping educate the children of Kentucky. Cherish is a graduate of Eastern KY University, where she received her B.S., and Union College, where she received a Masters Degree. In 2000 Cherish was chosen to deliver the keynote address at EKU's spring graduation ceremonies.
